Finally caught up to the thread a bit and just want to say a few things:
It's been 10 years since Samaras on YouTube. Both YouTube and highlight videos have grown tremendously since then, esp when it comes to Gabriel Jesus who's had every touch documented for the last year and a half.
Also while he hasn't been "training" he's played in several charity games with other Brazilian players looking to stay fit ahead of State Championships and Copa Libertadores. Counted about 3 such games when he could've been resting. Don't think he took too many days off so should be relatively fit. Anyone remember how long Bravo was with us before he was in goal?

Cheers. From what I'm seeing he was bought on the 25th of August, missed the game v West Ham on the 28th and started Sep 10th v United.

He'll take Iheanacho's place, as Iheanacho now qualifies as being at the club for 2 years and under the age of 21 so he doesn't need to be registered.
Yeah, I think Everton away is a more likely scenario. Presume he'll just be given a few minutes here and there whilst he settles in.
Hopefully gives the side a much needed boost, not convinced of the miracles some seem to expect so early on, but he looks some talent & hope the fans are patient with him if he doesn't come out the blocks flying - he's only young, usually takes a while.

more likely is a blatant 2 footed lunge aimed at injuring him getting ignored. That will happen in the first game he plays.
