Game of Thrones 4

Jaqen H'ghar was one of my favourite characters. I hope we see more of him.
The actor who played him would have made a better Daario Naharis than the two numpties who have played him so far.

I'm going to have to download the books. I can't wait another ten months.

I asked about him a few pages back only to have my curiosity satisfied regarding the coin that was given to Arya.

If you reading the books now is the time to read book 5 it follows on from where the 3rd book ended and where the tv show season 4 ended..

Now is the time to read book 4 if you want to jump ahead. The only problem is the book has more characters so it may be hard to pick up.

Yeah book 4 is toil and the regular characters are not in it! I've just started book 5 and it literally picks up from the end of book 3. At the beginning George R R Martin explains it..

I know I've read them both but book 4 is about Kings Landing and Dorne, you'd be skipping Cersei, Jaimie, Sam and the biggest shock in the series so far which should have been revealed the other night.

I've read book 4 like I said its a toil book 5 is refreshing and I want to keep reading book 4 was like chore in most parts..

At least what you say makes me want to plough on through book 4 just to get to book 5. Ive hit a wall with it and given up at the moment but am on holiday for 2 weeks so will get it finished and crack on with book 5 once i'm done.

A dance with dragons is the best so far for me, four has it's purpose but like many I hit a wall half way through, switched to audiobook, jobs a good'n!!!

Yeah the first 3 books I read them 3 times :) First time I read them it took me around a month. The 4th book took me a month to read and Because it was a toil I put off reading 5th till last night I've already read a tenth of it...

Oh well, two weeks on the beach will put pay to book 4 and ill take book 5 with me as well. Im guessing by the title of book 5 its focussed a lot on Daenarys which will do me just nicely. The part in book 4 I am enjoying is seeing Aryas story develop.
