Game of Thrones Season 3

Which book are they meant to be filming atm? Book 4 meanders like fuck, will comfortably fit into one season. I assume the second half of book 3 is already filmed?

For the most part they're 2/3's of the way through the third book, though it's going out of order a bit.

Books 4 and 5 take place at the same time, it's just that instead of jumping around to dozens of different viewpoints, half are in one book and half are in the other.

Assume on TV they'll blend those two books together.

Pretty underwhelming finale. Still think the Red Wedding should have been the final scene of the season it would have just had the perfect impact.

season finale pretty much ties all the loose ends up though, it's not always about being the biggest impact the finales that begin a new chapter are always the ideal ones, sets in stone for season 4 now.

(I haven't read the books so don't tell me if I'm right here or not please)
but I reckon Arya is going to play a big part for some reason and I think the hound will end up training her for revenge

Haven't read the books either
I thought exactly the same but taken with the coin she got from Jaqen, the assassin bloke who gave her 3 names for him to kill, I think he'll have something to do with her becoming a badass, rather than the hound.

I forgot about him, but of course that's who the coin was from I remember now, thing is he said he can manifest his appearance to whoever he likes so for all we know we've been watching him all a long. Think Jefforey will meet his match after his wedding as well, not like the red wedding but shortly after and I think he'll be killed by Tywin Lannister as well

I think you might be right. The red woman was claiming Robb Stark died because of Gendry's Kings Blood with the leaches. Didn't she/ Stannis also name Geoffrey and Theon Greyjoy's Dad?
