I'm a bit surprised about this I have to admit.
£12m+ is a bit low, but that seems to be the case with every City sale.

He better had do ffs. I actually thought he was ok at his job towards the end of last season. I just think it's to good a deal to turn down, especially when we're struggling to get rid of the deadwood.FantasyIreland said:According to the Mirror we are just waiting to hear if he has agreed personal terms.
Difference is Barcelona are now run by mugs and Arsenal are not desperate to sell their only backup centre back. Barca also spunked £15m on an average 30 year old.Matt the Giant said:Just comparing this fee with that recent one of £15mil for a frequently injured, past his best defender Vermaalen.
I think Javi did a really good job for us last season, and i do hope his areal qualities shall not go missed.
Best of luck to him.

No we didn't.Puppet Master Silva said:When you consider we got less for Robinho, Tevez and Adebayor I think we've done pretty well to come away with 12 mil (if it goes through). There was a point last season that I'd reached the end of my tether with Garcia, but in fairness to him he turned it around and really helped towards securing the title in the end. All in all I'm pleased he's going out like this.

If we've let him go to a medical then a fee has been agreed although there maybe just the fineprint to finish.kupest said:He still hasn't gone you know. Hopefully passes the medical and agrees personal terms and hopefully the reports are true that a bid has been accepted. Though we will know for sure tonight about the bid once we get the squad for the shield.
