Spuds should rip Madrids arm off and laugh all the way to the bank.
Nowhere near world class? Absolute clown.

I'm still waiting for you to explain why he's world class.......
Fast strong direct, technically not great, won fuck all and hasn't managed to drag spurs into the top 4.
£30-£40 million tops imo, if Real pay this they're insane.....
Bale may not be worth the money Madrid are apparently going to pay but I find it hard to believe anyone could deny the fact he is a world class player. He has the potential to be a 40 goal a season player and to be honest, if we could sign him for £80 million, as over priced as it is, I'd be delighted if we did.

Below that come international class where players like, Batistuta, Figo, Rossi, Baggio, Roberto Carlos, Henry, Van Nistlerooy, Shearer, Gerard, Yaya, Aguero, Suarez, RVP, Rooney, Eto'o, Tevez, Fabregas, Bergkamp, Scholes etc.
Then below that we get Champions league rated and on current form and with what he's achieved so far this is where I'd place Bale at best. In here you'd get Lampard, Terry, Andy Cole, Les Ferdinand etc.......
I'm not saying Bale can't and won't improve, but no way is he up there after one very good season. the aforementioned players have proved over time that they are up there and Bale still has a lot to prove in my book.

Can't take you seriously when you're saying that Goater is in the same class as players like Messi, Dinho, Pele, Zidane and Maradona.
I really do hope you were kidding.
he would have to get rid of that fucking alice band, and shitty haircut ,before I would want him at city,RandomJ said:He is getting absolutely slaughtered by the Spanish media, his team mates are saying shit bout him and basically freezing him out and the fans are on his case every game. Considering the eye watering sum he was bought for would it be possible at all for City to make a bid for him considering FFP?
Batigoal, Figo, Henry, Yaya and Scholes were world class fo' sho.Dribble said:World-Class is a term used too lightly IMHO.
