If it was possible for 70million I'd say we were getting a decent deal there. I think he's easily the best player in the league which by my reckoning makes him one of the best in the world. Plus the type of football we'd play with him and Nevas in the side would be incredibly entertaining and with Bale at City there's no way the rags will be seeing "Ronnie come home".

Edit* it should be said that I can't see it happening though.

So we cant spend 100 mil on Bale..

Only 20 mill per year on the book on a 5yr deal,,

Wages...Paid for by outing Garcia,60k p.week Sinclair 40k per week...Kolarov 100k per week..

So thats 200k approx basic wage...If he wants more why not just use another 50k of the 640 k we are saving already from Tevez,Kolo,RSC,Bridge,Balo...

It could easily be done
The new tv deal pays for this also..

Stop fucking flapping abut FFP. I used to but only because I didn't understand it and amortisation etc.

If the club and powers that be wanted a certain player,whoever that player is do you really not think we could afford it?? Jeez Monaco,Psg are but it is just that we are wanting to be self sufficient etc
