You do need to factor in what's he has achieved thus far though

Wales qualified for a major tournament for the first time in years - not all down to him obviously - but I doubt they'd have done it without him.

More importantly he has 4 CL medals - I'd say that's above average.

Personally I think he's done at the highest level, and I feel sorry for him that injuries robbed him at various times.

Now I'm rambling and forget my point lol.
