theres a lot of people on this forum and not everyone would have been slagging him off. Agree with your post he offers the team a lot in midfield i'd like a better partner for him in midfield though

As for Gareth Barry , i've often been his worst critic , and all too often he's deserved it too ...... but hands up , today he played very well ...... as did most of the others too.

Gareth Barry himself would question his form of recent weeks , he'll know that he can do much better than he has been doing of late ...... and he proved it today ..... the difference was clearly there for everyone to see!
