I have little to no interest in the England football team so wasn’t mithered either way if they won any trophies. I don’t think he’s a particularly talented coach but I think he’s a decent bloke and I’m sure he’s immensely proud to receive his award.

No. It was the horrible tactics he employed, and his inability to adapt to tactical tweaks by his opposite number.

Also, his criminal misuse of Phil Foden, as well as his insistence on having Pickford hoof it long nearly every time he had it in his possession, instead of giving it to the best ball-playing centre-back to start moves from the back.
