If his comments are true, it's because the media KNOW the high standards Abrahamovich sets for keeping his managers in a job, and because they've set the bar for themselves in terms of constantly going far in the Champions League - those two things aren't true of City no matter how much money we've spent and how much other media attention we get, only of Chelsea.
