Gate for Hull

Piss poor if we don't get near to 40k. Quarter final of a cup and tickets are less than £20. Yes there will be some that can't afford this on top of a season ticket etc but generally speaking there's no excuses other than can't be arsed because it's not United/Arsenal/Chelsea.

There has been a storm for several days, I don't think a lot who have tickets will bother if it keeps up. No point getting ill for the sake of a football game.

How are they going to get ill? You're at no greater risk from catching a cold/flu from being in poor weather than you are from staying indoors. I doubt people would miss the derby because of a few strong winds.

we will probably get around 40k for the game , it will be twice as many as the other quarter final tie ,attendances , at Boro , stoke and saints but we will get dogs abuse from rags / media and they will be out in force counting blue seats , i can understand supporters picking and choosing games 4 weeks before xmas , the traffic is also chaotic for night games , and some parents do not want their kids getting home at 10.30pm on a school day and the weather is crap , so anything near 40k is superb. And spare a thought for the 659m Rags watching "I'm a celebrity" whilst we endeavour to progress to another Wembley appearance

Even if we have 20,000 empty seats (lol) it still won't beat the rags' 41,000 empties against Ipswich or the 75,000 empties they'll have this midweek. I'll be there anyway even if I have to risk catching a chill.

I missed 30 mins of the last round coz of traffic. I live in stoke atm. Are the roadworks still on Manchester way does anyone know? I'll go Macclesfield way if so. Cheers
