One of my funniest moments ever with him was about 5 years ago in Tenerife, I got stuck in a lift for about an hour with him, one of our other mate and a big fat German who was having a panic attack. I can honestly say that I have never laughed as much as I did in that lift!

I've never really considered myself part of the family but I do love this forum, it's brought laughs, tears and unnecessary swearing and it's Blue. And now we've lost a Blue. Like Damocles and Bill have said, get the old guard back for this.

Terrible news. Always a great read on here and sounded like a top guy.

My sincere condolences to all his friends on here and of course his family.

I feel absolutely sick, I'm literally shaking and in tears.

This is awful news. What a top guy, made me laugh loads.

Will be so missed on here.
