To be fair to him it's a vile thing to be accused of. But it's a lose lose for him this whole situation now should have blocked her and moved on.
You’re right. Innocent people getting wrongly accused is no laughing matter, no matter how much of a **** they are.

That seems to be the direction of travel for the law from the journal article I have been reading. Whilst Neil is the most well known in the UK it is easy to make the argument he is forum shopping, he has the means to go after her in the USA.
Completely disagree. The centre of Neill's interests is the UK. He in a British national. He has family and property interests here. To show the US is a more appropriate forum is not straightforward in the least.

Somebody doxxed him using info obtained on companies house, I won't reveal it on here but ironically it contains the name of a character with whom he shares a physical resemblance and sartorial style.

But he is domiciled in France, he also has property interests in the UK.

No, domiciled in this context doesn’t just mean where you live, it has a specific technical meaning. Your domicile affects a number of things, like tax and inheritance laws. You are domiciled, in barest summary, in your country of birth unless you form a settled intention during adulthood never to return there. It’s called the ‘domicile of origin.’
