not sure what they don't get here - MP's can debate what they fucking want they have no say over who can or can't tour in the EU visa free - thats for member states to decide who they let in we are no longer a member state

If he wants to sue her he'll have to do it in the USA, where she is resident and presumably where she typed out and posted the tweets.

And the burden of proof would be on her to prove her allegations were true, not on him to prove they were false

Unless she is posting from the UK, then it wasn't published in the UK.
If she is in the USA then the burden of proof is reversed.
