Not at all. If the allegations are true he has been conspiring to have hired helpers commit voyeurism and then blackmailing victims. Not exactly paying consenting adults or people purporting to be adults for porn.

Blackmail includes other benefits which his former boyfriend alleged he was up to, when he stated that he was getting people to make sex tapes of former lovers.

It's also a criminal offence to use deception to trick people into sending you sexual images, posing as a blonde woman when chatting to heterosexual men would be an obvious example.

It doesn't say anything about trying to out celebs or his actions being in search of a story (which would still be reprehensible). He was doing this to colleagues and members of the public. What he's been accused of is illegal and also non consensual.

It’s hard to believe anyone could seriously read the article and actually believe that.


Honestly people like you who just jump straight to both sides are the same bullshit is more of the reason that this country is fucked than the much smaller minority that actually swallows Sun/GB news bullshit.
