Seems like it's only us who need to juggle our squad for foreign players although I do remember Palace having to sit someone out last/the season before.

If I remember correctly, you need 8 association trained players in your roster of 25. They have 8 along with a couple of under 21's that don't need registration no matter the nationality.

West Ham could be putting together a decent side this season to finish in the top 10, maybe?
