Probably a bit of an exaggeration but it is true that Joe Bryan had signed contracts and what have you, to sign for Aston Villa from Bristol City, Fulham then came in with an offer that Bristol City accepted, so he shot off to go and sign for them instead!

Have a feeling more is going ot come from this story.

Seriously, he could do seriously well there. No need to wory about high line defending. Good in the air and at basic defending. OK at passing.

Lmao they have totally lost the plot since Fergie left. It’s funny you’d think a bunch of kids are running that club.
 
To be fair Godin is one of the top 3 CBs in Europe, but imagine bidding for a settled 30+ player who's captain of the club on the morning of deadline day. It wouldn't surprised me if that savant Woodward actually cold called Atletico this morning enquiring about him.

I wonder whether this is just a Rag plan to dominate the headlines today and there’s little truth in it.
