Our club is belittled in the media and has a very poor image, if you don't think that affects the thinking and commitment of major sponsor deals your having a laugh.
Our young players/squad players don't get the credit and plaudits they should and again has implications when we decide to sell.
Yet we have possibly the best commercial deals around
And do you really think scouts listen to what Mark Lawrence says for example
We do seem to struggle to sell some players but then we seem to do very well on others Unal iheanacho Garcia Navas and Nalito I think maybe for example
Sponsors pay for exposure success access and to be associate with great football we provide that
Presumably the players who do not get the credit they deserve are the squad and youth players as you suggest so maybe Angelino Zinchenko Garcia Gundagon Cancelo ? All the ones people on here have been saying are crap
KDB is getting lots of plaudits Iheanacho got a lot so did Delph so has Bernardo so has Walker so has Jesus Augero we have had recent praise for Delap
I think generally people go from one extreme to another about players qualities but that’s the nature of people and highlights

Can we not hire Bobby Manc in a consultancy capacity regards transfers.
I bet he could find us a couple of reasonably priced rough diamonds to shine up.
He wasn't in charge of transfers when he was here, and we mostly spent large sums of money on proven players like World Cup winner David Silva, Champions League winner Yaya Touré, Bundesliga winner/top scorer Edin Džeko etc.
Very few "rough diamonds" required pre-FFP.
