General transfer rumours

Trabzonspor won the Super League. And Uğurcan Çakir won the Player of the season.

It is very rare for a GK to win the Player of the season.

This award shows how good a player he is.

View attachment 44769And He can distribute the ball as Pep wants. His kick was the best goalkeeper in the Super league this season.

Jesus fucking Christ.

What about Dimarco, and DJed Spence ? Look cheap in positions we are interested in attracting interest from decent clubs guessing just a level below what we want ?

Cornet looks a bargain was dangerous at his last club against us

Could we convince Foster to be third choice goalkeeper ?
Dimarco is an interesting one. He was part of a very good Italy U19 team that reached the final of the European U19 Championship beaten by Mbappe‘s France. He was a player that stood out at LB with marauding runs and scoring and assisting.

I expected good things from him. At Inter they stuck with the older, experienced players in his position, Young and Kolarov. They let Dimarco go out on loan to Verona with an option to buy. He had a good season but Verona did not want to pay the fee set. Inter wanted Alonso from Chelsea for the season just gone but didn’t get him partly due to Inter‘s financial problems and so he stayed as cover. Inter preferred Perisic as wing back. DiMarco was deployed sometimes as part of a back 3. I would say he is comparable to Cucurella in style, rugged defensively and a player who likes to get high up the pitch on the flank and get crosses in.

Good news for us, he’s fantastic and everything they epitomise. Diaz and Jota are good but he’s a level above (at the moment).

Mane's probably been their best attacker the end of the season, happy to see the back of him. Wonder who they'll bring in to replace him
