Wouldn't call it farming. Its an investment. If they work out like Alvarez, then good. If not, then some profit can be made

Chelsea, Juventus and more Italian clubs have done this a long time. Should be more regulated in the squad plan and youth development it will be better for the lower ranked clubs in diffrent leagues that can develop this talents. Agents are a part of this problem also, Datro Fofana is good example that he goes to Molde to develop first, most likely he will be loaned out from Chelsea x times. He can be a new Baba Rahman, Kenedy etc.
