That’s not to mention their total lack of leadership, a barn pot of a manager who is currently far too emotional to be an elite manager.

Martinelli? Among others.I don't think Arsenal have significantly upgraded their team. Ramsdale is decent (he is the better out of the current England keepers) but I don't think he is top quality and they don't have a natural finisher. They did need Rice more than we did and is an upgrade on the volatile Xhaka.

Neither is Alvarez or Mahrez but they are natural goal scorers IMO. Silly for a City fan of all teams to say this as we also didn't have one when we won the league the season before Haaland came. Martinelli, Troassard, Havertz, Jesus, Saka, Odegaard, Nketiah and even ESR can put the ball in the net.Not a 20+ goalscorer.

He gets compared all over the place, to wildly varying profiles of players. It's all over the place because nobody actually knows what he fucking does on the pitch. Watching him play for Chelsea, and all I see is a player that can't finish, can't dribble, can't create.That's not a fair comparison Foden is an actual footballer, still no fucking idea what Havertz is.
There's alot of theories on how he fits into Arteta's side - #9, False #9, #10, #8, Winger. All imaginations as to how he will play, but no one actually knows for certain if he can fulfil any of these assumptions.

I’m sure I will. You’re right though, signing a half decent defensive midfielder, a very inconsistent non right back/non ce tre half and a total failure will put them right up there with the best team in Europe.
