Man City to pocket up to £3.375m from Rogers' Villa move​

Manchester City are not going to play any significant role in transfer deadline day, with, potentially, only younger players moving out, possibly looking for first team experience.
However, those deals can often have future benefits.
That has happened for City with Morgan Rogers' move to Aston Villa.
City pocket 25% of any profit Middlesbrough make from the deal and at the figures reported, that could net them up to £3.375m.
 
Be interesting to see how long Sky allow PSR/FFP to linger?
They paid nearly £7bn for the PL last time and that includes the hysteria around Deadline Day.
The advertisers will have had to pay big ££££s to be on when the 'clock was ticking'!!!
But there's no public interest in a loan deal for Broja or the big move or the BIG MOVE of the day....

They could use this money towards us not having season ticket increases.

There seems to be a narrative that you either win right away or you follow a process for several years. Spurs have within one season turned around their form, rebuilt most of the squad and ready for a couple more bits in the summer. Can be pushing for CL or above in 24/25. You can definitely compete quickly.
