Why would Brahim leave madrid to play a similar role at arsenal. He left us to go back to Spain and play for madrid, surely the only reason he'd give that up now that he's featuring for them albeit not as a main man, is to be the central figure in a team. if arsenal can't offer that, what are they offering?

Forgot all about him. He fell off the radar kind of sharpish didn't he? I think KSA is a place where average players or superstars in semi-retirement & looking for a final pay day should go.What is Gabri Veiga up to ? last heard he had a bad time at KSA
Veiga was apparently being monitored by several top European clubs, so presumably thought he was young enough to go to Saudi to secure his financial future, before returning to Europe to try & win meaningful silverware.
