Wouldn't see it nearly as much as he'd want to. Even if you want to account for injuries, Branthwaite wouldn't start the big fixtures.

Think our money is better spent elsewhere this Summer.

Depends what the price is. Most good CBs are rated at around 50m these days, Akanji was an exception. Assuming that Walker, Carson and Phillips will be gone within next summer we only have 3/4 association trained players (Grealish, Ake, Stones). I predict we’ll sign at least 1 HG player over this summer and the next one. Branthwaite at around 50-60m could be a pretty good deal

I think this gets done this summer. Could see Phillips going the other way with maybe Macatee
