SZ is the Süddeutsche Zeitung which is a very large and respected Munich based newspaper. I think they know what they are talking about.
 
No one really knows what this meeting of teammates means (while Bonucci on holiday) so all just rumours but atleast its keeping this transfer interesting!;)

I think its pretty obvious from the meeting that it is for the 5 titles they won. The hashtag also alludes to that.
