Could be that Pogba sees the Higuain signing as a statement of intent that means he's more inclined to stay another year at Juve for a tilt at the Champions League

Juve are fucking minted.
First off, they've won their domestic league 5 years on the trot, and half the country supports them - so they've got tons of fan income.
They're one of the only teams in Italy to own their stadium, which brings in loads of money compared to their domestic competition.
Then, because Italian teams are so wank at the moment they get huge amounts of CL money because of the market pool system - they got over €100m for their CL Final run in 14/15.
So they've got money. Then they've already picked up €30m for Morata, with rumoured sales of Zaza (€30m), Lemina (20m) and Pereyra (20m) incoming.
And on top of all of that.. theres strong rumours in Italy that their majority-owners Exor are going to be investing a lump sum in order to fend off competition now that AC Milan's takeover by Chinese Billionaires has happened.
