He's fully of shit. Anything that happened with Aguero and a handful of other players would be all over the press here in South America. They wouldn't give a fuck about City's lawyers.

As long as I know, IT WAS NO SUCH A CONTROVERSY and scandals in the Copa America in Chile, at least, never heard about a single one.
And, I can tell you, I was reading everyday the chilean media to that time, and they are very scandalmonger...
Strange issue, though... at least weird, that such a thing ONLY NOW comes to light...
