Me too I always got the impression Di Maria signed for the wrong Manchester club by mistake, he'd have bedded in much nicer with our Argentinian brotherhood. Imagine him on the wing instead of Navas, we'd have won the league.I really rate Di Maria, glad he's leaving the rags.

We couldn't afford him due to ffp, so it wasn't a mistake exactly but your thinking is correct.
