I'd pay £70m for someone who could take a pen. We haven't had anyone who's looked convincing since Mario or Yaya.

Put Aguero or Haaland in that position, one on one with a keeper with a defender pulling them back and they score 99/100. Make it a penalty and it feels like a coin toss

None have ever played in the premier league.
On the face of it Liverpool are doing good business but they are losing Trent, Nunez, Diaz and Jota

I think the main reason they won last year is that they didn’t make many changes and everyone else was shit
 
Some big moves being made by all the clubs. Going to be a very exciting season this. I'm more excited that we are the underdogs this season. None of the pressure is on us as nobody expects us to win the title.

I'd honestly be happy with a 3rd place finish and a cup if we get back to playing some of the most unbelievable football and playing the younger lads like Reis, Khusanov, Echeverri, NOR.
 
West Ham the latest club to enquire on Jack Grealish, although the finances of any deal make it difficult. Everton still remain keen, if Manchester City sanction a loan.

I can only see a loan unless Grealish goes to down to like 150k. I hope the club only gives him up if he reduces his wage. It’s World Cup year - his also chance. Make it clear that he has to leave.

He is mint. Go back watch some of his performances for Sociedad against the big clubs in Spain and it was obvious his talent. Would swap him in heartbeat with Erl.

I would rate him as the 2nd best striker Sweden has had only behind the guy they refer to as God in Glasgow.

Wow. Ok. I have never been impressed by him. He was decent at Newcastle. Didn’t wow me. He looks like a strong wind will make him crumble

Yes for our team as I think his movement and pressing is better. He suits us better. Erl would be even better for a team like Real, Red Scouse etc

The same applies to Mbappe but to an even greater extent. He makes teams worse due to this look at what has happened at PSG and Real.

We are carrying too many players that are not agile and mobile enough in the press.

Isak is not a better goalscorer but a better player.
