Yeah he is the standout player in the league. Not quite the same power or ears but he is similar in the way he owns the left flank

I don’t know if you remember Bale started out as a LB for Southampton. It wasn’t until he moved to Tottenham that eventually they converted him into a winger. I noticed that Stroud plays both roles and he has that eye for goal like Bale. Out of contract I think in December if I remember rightly.

Although born in Sweden, additionally has English citizenship.

Yeah I remember his early days at Soton. I think Stroud would be ideal for Bournemouth or Brentford. Other players that could do well for mid/lower PL teams are Iqbal, Ure and Bjerkebo
