Yes Stroud, only just noticed in the post you mention him, is a very good player, prob not top PL level but a team could pick him up for probably €5m and he gives me Gareth Bale vibes.

Yeah he is the standout player in the league. Not quite the same power or ears but he is similar in the way he owns the left flank

I don’t know if you remember Bale started out as a LB for Southampton. It wasn’t until he moved to Tottenham that eventually they converted him into a winger. I noticed that Stroud plays both roles and he has that eye for goal like Bale. Out of contract I think in December if I remember rightly.

Although born in Sweden, additionally has English citizenship.

Yeah I remember his early days at Soton. I think Stroud would be ideal for Bournemouth or Brentford. Other players that could do well for mid/lower PL teams are Iqbal, Ure and Bjerkebo
