We should be after Dembele ourselves if there's any sign of his availability.

Liverpool have been buying quality for a while now. Keita, Salah, Firmino, Van Dijk, Mane and now Fekir? Even Robertson has been a bargain.

I think they'll be our biggest threat in the next few seasons. If they keep signing players like that.

It's important that we keep doing the same.

With Keita, Fekir, new CB and maybe another midfielder potentially arriving in the summer, I think they will be our biggest threat next season by far. They have shown a couple times that they`re very good at their best, but they`re very inconsistent

We were all over him when he was at Rennes.

He's not going to get sold though, Barca have no reason to cash in after just 1 season, 1/2 if which he was out injured.

They also keep selling their best player every season

There's no smoke without fire. Barca are already planning to loan him out:

There's no place for Dembele in Valverde's conservative line-up, he doesn't use wingers. And they'll have Griezmann, Messi, Coutinho, Suarez to play through the middle.

I can imagine Pool selling Salah to Madrid and bidding for Dembele.

Two sources back up Nabil Fekir moving to Liverpool, and approach for second player

You can't actually believe that when it comes to football transfers can you?

Also Valverde plays 442, there's plenty of room for wingers, and you actually think Liverpool are going to spend €120m+? Dreamland.

Haha, fair enough) But this rumour is backed by several sources. Dembele could be available next summer.

More like 4222 with fullbacks covering the entire flank, Atletico and Monaco use the same system. No place for wingers in this setup (though you can say Dembele is much more than just a winger).

That guy is not a source, he's just a random twitter Barca fan.

Manchester City remain interested in England left-back Ryan Bertrand and he is likely to be sold by Southampton if they are relegated, according to the Telegraph.

Bertrand, 28, has been a commonly linked name over recent transfer windows and it was thought last summer that City were close to signing him before Dani Alves’ U-turn meant the club had to invest instead in a full-back capable of playing on both flanks, leading to Danilo’s arrival from Real Madrid.

Manchester City have revived talks about a potential deal for January target Riyad Mahrez in the summer transfer window, Gary Jacobs of The Times reports.

City made a big effort to sign winger Mahrez, 27, in January and reportedly offered £65million for him, but Leicester demanded £95million, an amount City were not and are not willing to pay.

Mahrez tried to force through a move to the Etihad by handing in a transfer request and boycotted training for over a week, before eventually returning as a substitute in Leicester’s 5-1 defeat to City at the Etihad in February.

With the season now almost over, the Algerian’s future is again subject to speculation, and City’s renewed interest could lead him to working with Pep Guardiola, something he is known to want.

Mahrez isn’t the only winger on City’s radar though, and the likes of Leon Bailey are also being linked, so the mystery remains who Guardiola’s top target is.

It is also reported by The Times that City could bring in four major signings this summer, contrary to claims of only two recruits – an attacker and defensive midfielder – being on the cards.

In addition to those positions, a centre-back is mentioned, in line with reports that City want to sign Ajax starlet Matthijs de Ligt, who has told the Dutch giants that he wants to leave the club in the upcoming window.
