He played a bit, predominantly out of position at left back then went on loan to Juve. He is a decent prospect to be fair, needs a primary position though. He was in and featured for the Portugal squad that won the nation's league this summer.

I dont think it's that outrageous tbh. I know he's currently seen as a bit of a donkey but hes got a lot of potential and still young enough to fulfill it.

I suspect the valuation is purposefully on the high end expecting to be knocked down and they'd take a fee in the region of £60m. When you look at the calibre of player going for those kind of numbers, it's not an unfair valuation. Mbuemo just gone for £70m Ekitike going for £80m, sesko and gyokeres valued at a similar price, Jackson is in the same bracket as those players.

There is a massive difference in what the other players mean/meant to the clubs selling them and Jackson to Chelsea. I can't remotely see them getting anywhere around 60 or 80 million.

He is mint. Go back watch some of his performances for Sociedad against the big clubs in Spain and it was obvious his talent. Would swap him in heartbeat with Erl.

I would rate him as the 2nd best striker Sweden has had only behind the guy they refer to as God in Glasgow.

The market has gone crazy and we're still dealing in 2008 prices.

Rags we want Mbuerno so here is 50 million. Brentford, nope 65 million. Rags then spend 6 weeks negotiating before agreeing a 71 million deal.
