This seems to be the ruling

Premier League clubs have specific rules for domestic loans (within England): max two players at once, max four in a season, only one from the same club, and can't loan a new signing back to the same club in the same window; for international loans, they follow FIFA's rules, allowing up to six incoming and six outgoing loans at once, with exemptions for players under 21.
 
Didn't realise thst Bailey is back at Villa from his loan at Roma.
What's with all these loans being terminated halfway through this season.
Zinchenko's loan is being terminated by Forest also.
 
Igor Julio has returned to Brighton after his loan spell West Ham was terminated. He may yet go down in history as a minor City legend.

He was due to sign for Palace to replace Guehi but changed his mind and went to West Ham instead. As a result Palace pulled the plug on Guehi’s move to Liverpool.

Expect Mateta to move on at end of season. Strand-Larsen certainly looks the part. I think he's quality. A year or two at Palace before likely a bigger move for him. Palace have proven a successful stepping ground. Makes sense to me. Good business by them.
