Anyone put any time into Monster Hunter World? I bought it on sale as I've always heard it's a gigantic, grindy time sink and that's usually my jam tbh, but as with most of these things, it's a little overwhelming at first when you try and figure things out.
Is it worth sticking it out and fighting my way through confusion to eventually understand what the fuck I am supposed to be doing?
I played it for a while. It's pretty much as you said - a grindy time sink. Lots of weapon variety and incentive to go out and grind but I was getting a bit bored of playing solo all the time. You could summon other hunters in but they would often be vastly overlevelled and would make the game too easy.

Finally finished Jedi Fallen order yesterday, only started it at christmas. Loaded up GTA V again now

I'm not a big gamer but Warzone is highly addictive for me. Its the fact that you are playing 100+ other real people. I play in quads with random other gamers so that also gives it a quirkiness. You have no idea what approach they will take. You can survive a long way in by generally hiding yourself away somewhere but its boring and your squad will most-likely break up as some people want to charge around finding better guns and getting in to fights.Still play8ng modern Warfare and then doing the battle royal on Warzone
It all ends up with being shot, mostly for me I can kill 1 or 2 people at best before that so I'm pretty useless.

Its a little frustrating that the games being overwhelmed with cheats and poor system in place to cope with the demand.
How do you cheat? Im lucky i i get one kill before being wiped out and more often than not i dont even know where i was shot from. How do you cheat? Im lucky i i get one kill before being wiped out and more often than not i dont even know where i was shot from. It is very addictive though and i need to invest some real time into it if i want to get any better.
Cheating is via PC where you can hack the game and upgrade weapons so they auto aim to the extent little skill is needed.
As for being shot, you can see any bullets coming from in front of you so if you see nothing then you have been shot from behind. There is also the little replay where you get a playback of the view of your death from the person who shot you. Nice.
If you watch better players they never stand still and always look around. Whoever spots the other guy first has the upper hand in any gun fight. If you can sneak up behind someone and you have a decent weapon you should win fairly easily.

Spiderman. Any if the Uncharted games. God of War. The last of Us.
