Cyberpunk is just another shit game , not revolutionary in the slightest, an over hyped mess! Im sure people will enjoy it like they enjoy lots of other games they are spoon fed, but it is just another unsatisfying bite in the games industry pie which is constantly divided up and squeezed as to milk as much time and money as possible from the hapless consumers who follow the distracting managed media

After the Kingdom Come: Deliverance fiasco, I’ve learned not to play games on launch.


I see the masses have yet to go through this process.

Is Kingdom Come worth playing now? I had it on release, played about two hours then fucked it off.

Some real classics that can be picked up for peanuts at CEX or on eBay such as the Gran turismo series (racing) metal gear solid 2 & 3 (action / stealth) grand theft auto San Andreas and vice city (open world action) shadow of the colossus (adventure), Resident evil 4 and silent hill 2 (horror). So many games it’s probably worth checking out a top 50 list and seeing what you may be into. Those are just my favourites. I’d love to be discovering those for the first time.

My personal favourite was Grand theft auto Vice city. The 80’s soundtrack, Miami type setting etc made it an all time classic for me.

Is Kingdom Come worth playing now? I had it on release, played about two hours then fucked it off.

I saw my wife complete it and it looked exhausting. Supposedly good if you are willing to get really committed to realistic old timey combat and stuff, but didn't look my thing at all

Difficult to say. It’s a proper old school RPG. My biggest gripe was the ending, turned out to get the actual ending I had to purchase the dlc which wasn’t out yet. The whole seemed totally farcical and the game was plagued with bugs.

I have no idea what it’s like now, but on its release it was atrocious.

Put Cyberpunk on the backburner for a bit and downloaded Control off Gamepass. Couple of hours in and I'm hooked.

Ahh I so nearly bought that the other day. It was on offer on Steam. Decided against it as I’m in the early days of Witcher 3 and also got Death Stranding on the go.

Control looks great though, I probably should have bought it at the low price and saved it for a later date :(

Seems Xbox are drip feeding the entire Bethesda back catalogue into game with 1 or 2 titles a month. Heard a rumour Prey will be next which is a great game
