The lite one is handheld only, so no TV adapter, personally we enjoy the odd family game of Mario kart / Mario party (4 player) on the TV during the cold miserable winter months, so I'd go for the standard Nintendo switch. I wouldn't bother with the OLED one if it's her first one, it's a nicer screen in handheld mode but costs £60 more. I would put that £60 towards an extra controller to get you up to 4 controller multiplayer.

Two things the OLED has that the original doesn't and not mentioned here, are built in Bluetooth connectivity (for external headphones/speakers) and built in ethernet connection on the docking Station.
Relatively minor things, you can always use 3rd party adapters (not necessarily specifically made for switch) to add these functions.
Worth checking out the Nintendo eshop for salesof digital games, unfortunately Nintendo deliberately keeps stock scarce so prices of second hand games tends to be about the same as brand new.
If it is a gift I wouldn't buy second hand unless you have a rock solid warranty. I'd avoid CEX as they take things apart and repair them and will swap in 3rd party power cables etc without reducing price or informing you.
Worth paying extra £25-30 getting it new from a supermarket/argos or Amazon for peace of mind.
