Freelancer Mode of Hitman III is the game i always come back to again and again. Ridiculously unforgiving, frustrating and swear word inducing but strangely addictive.

If you have not played it.
All the hitman maps with randomly chosen ordinarily NPC's as targets leading to a "Leader" that you only have a vague description of and lookalikes added with different "Tells"

starting off with very minimal weapons/tools, silence pistols and others have to be found and taken over into later rounds from your Gun Wall or bought with the in game currency which you lose 1/2 of every time you fail a mission.

Great mode highly recomended

I've added a few things...trees, grass, nice interiors, extra buildings/ towns, more outfits and crafting...trouble is Whiterun looks so good now I'm having trouble leaving!!
I think in my head es6 is going to be the greatest game of all time, no doubt I’ll either be dead or very disappointed.

Playing Alan Wake II at the moment. Just can't get into it.
I thought it was excellent. Though i've played all the previous ones that were tied to it (Alan Wake Remastered and Control) so I feel more invested in the lore. Also i'm pretty happy with games rather slow paced and little action.

I like Control. Not played the original Alan Wake.

Reviews out for Stalker 2 at 2pm gmt (today) so plan to get that if it isn't broken on launch.

That'd be ace. Although after playing so much Zombies with the Mrs I am looking for something solo I can get my teeth into!
We've not got around to that yet. We played Ghost Recon Wildlands for a bit but have ended back with Far Cry 5 haha, so the Mrs can be in control this time and decide our destiny. She absolutely loves it.

Much of the mods are still far away from farming in real life.

Well I'm not sure how to respond to that. There's tens of thousands of mods. Some make it more arcadey, others make it stupidly realistic. Use the ones you want to get the game you want.

FS is one of those games like a Skyrim that the company make a game and then community mods make the "real game"
I've never played Skyrim with mods. What's the best way to approach downloading them and where do you get them from? I'm on a PS5 and something i've never done before, but one more play through of Skyrim is always something i love. Do mods change the experience a lot? Or just certain visuals?

You can basically do anything at all with mods in Skyrim and there's millions of them. I'm not sure about how PS5 works as PC is the best platform for modded games, but I seem to recall that they added the Creation Club inside the game where you can download and install mods from the Main Menu.

Thanks, will give it a try.

Just be aware Sony do not allow mods which change the script extender(basically the game files) so the mods are extremely limited on the playstation. They are mainly cosmetic and cheat mods.

On PC and Xbox SE mods are allowed so you can change the entire game.

I've got 87 mods on Skyrim on Xbox which totally changes the game. That's not possible on playstation

Happy to see Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is getting some very good review scores. Plenty of 9/10’s.
