As big man matches go that was pretty good.
The pre-show was all that was needed to conclude how awful the rest of the night will be.
Hometown, grandfather Larry "The Axe" ringside, and facing a team that everyone knows is splitting within the next 2 months..... and Axel takes the pin.
Good times. What's ironic is that most people probably missed what was arguably a legitimate burial

Vince has a habit of making mid-card hometown talents take the pin.
But yeah, they've really gone off Axel in favour of big muscle Big E, which is typical Vince Yawn.
Does need to shave the beard though.

People called Axel IC reign boring, I'd love to hear what they think of Big E's. I don't mind Big E but it's squash after squash with the odd one teased out, but with no rivalry or story line to accompany it.
At least Axel had Heyman. He needs that beard to take the eyes off that thinning top of his tbf
