You can watch any PPV for free via sites like youtube and stagevu anyway
Really??
Past PPVs I may add, not live.

I will definitely be subscribing to the network but only when the likes of Nitro etc are added, dont think they are atm.

Can you watch raw episodes from 2000?

Not yet but recently they've been running a best of Raw which has a lot of Attitude Era in it.

I've just got back into it after about 12-15 years. Why did the attitude era end anyway?

Sponsorships dictating and wanting to be more marketable towards kids.

Good question but essentially because WCW ran out of support within Turner's corporation.

WWE were taking their product edgy whilst WCW pulled back to a family friendly audience and most of the combined audience were 18-50s who didn't want to see it.

WWE won the ratings war so consistently that WCW had their backers pull out and were eventually bought by WWE. This meant that they could pull back into the more stable and financially safer territory of the tweenage audience for a period of consolidation

It's not really a period of consolidation though really, with the modern media and at least the superficial regard for wrestler welfare the vast majority of those days is gone.
