Honestly, it's the equivalent of walking into a mosque with an assault rifle, then using the fact they will obviously try and take you down as an excuse to shoot people. He has deliberately put himself in a position where he'll be confronted so he could use it as justification for murder

Just curious, given the widely used and entirely accurate meme you included, if a member of the Trump camp was actually shamed in to deleting a comment or retweet for once.

Or if Twitter actually took action, as they have been doing more regularly as of late.

It was a headline from the Times. The gist was that he was infatuated by the Police and driven to vigilantism - basically falling over themselves to make excuses. Now some of those excuses may be valid reasons but it’s never reported the other way round

I mean, his views are extreme in terms of arresting people and locking them away for life for impregnating women.

He shouldn’t be a cop with views like that, they’re absolutely laughably horrific, however he does state it doesn’t matter what race so where’s the evidence of racism?

Jeez. I sympathised with his argument about generation after generation but his comments about locking people up with no exercise - He seems really really angry at a portion of society - I wonder how that manifests itself when dealing with the public

This is a review of the first incident. The claim SS made, and I know these nuances are often hard for you to grapple with, was related to the Second video. I e. The one where he was being chased by 4 people one of whom knocked him to the ground and another try to drop kick him before he gathered himself and shot 2 of them and killed one.



Also, the fact that a DA wants to press charges doesn't mean there isn't a case for Self Defense.
One thing that is clear in both cases is that the Shooter was being chased on both occasions. The first chaser tried to stone him with a big of something that he jumped over. And he only turned around and shot the initial person after there was a gunshot bang noise and the guy had closed in on him. So while many want blood, there appears to be a strong case self defense here.

The only crime that he seems to have committed for sure, is that of open carrying a gun while been under 18.

The 2nd shooting is a clearer case of self defense. I know these aren't likeable conclusions seeing as many here line themselves up on the side of Black Lives Matter to the detriment of any common sense. As if trying bto separate facts from ideology is somehow anti-black.

But the facts are not always moved by ideology. Here is an unshakeable fact:

Everytime the shooter used his weapon, it was after being chased.

I have now seen pretty much all the videos I could get my hands on. And there were lots of them from different perspective showing both shooting scenarios.
Sadly in both cases Kyle was originally being chased

You’d seen all the videos of both incidents and still sided with the killer as anyone that knows your posting would style would have guessed.

There’s always a case to be made for anything. That’s what paid lawyers are there for. However it’s a tougher argument when the killer was illegally brandishing a gun that he wasn’t allowed to brandish either in the State in which he killed two people, nor in the State in which lived.

But you probably knew that already.
