I watched the whole video last night,the cops shot him and did nothing to help him,he raised his arm so they knew he was alive,they picked up the shells and just stood about till the medic arrived

The kid was asleep in the car,they could of handled it very differently,given white cops on black men violence i am not surprised he fought with then,grabbed the tasar to protect himself and run away

The tasar is not considered a deadly weapon in the states
