Well the footage is actually as I described. Say the offender shoots the cop with the taser. Cop is temporarily incapacitated and then offender takes his gun? That could easily have been in the officer’s mind. Trial by press and social media instead.The problem is we don't believe them any more. Too many examples of the police blatantly lying that when they're actually telling the truth nobody gives a shit any more.

If that scenario had started to pan out his fellow officer would then legally have been allowed to shoot the offender dead. It didn't, the man was running away. Lets not forget he was being arrested for drunk in charge of a vehicle...… and now he is dead,

The bodycam is out now,he got out of the car and was standing taking a breathalyzer test,there was a bit missing because then it then jumps to him being against the car and they are trying to handcuff him and the scuffle,if it was positive would we know by now ?

I googled it and yes you do,as it looks like the kid had already fired it then there was no need to shoot him as he couldn't have reloaded itOnce a taser has been fired doesn't it have to be reloaded to be able to fire again?
