Absolute scumbags. No wonder the civilian was cleared of returning fire in self defence. He most likely thought he was being attacked by a gang and look at all the sly kicks and punches to the head when he complies and lies on the floor.
To “protect and serve” my arse. I’m just pleased the civvie declined the 13 year prison sentence plea agreement the DA offered him.

Finally, news on Mohammed Noor!
He's getting his conviction reassessed. He was the first officer unable to use the infamous QI to fight off the charge of murder. He was sentenced to 3rd degree murder and 2nd degree manslaughter.
On time served, he may even get out later this year:
