I know it's end of season but I think this team peaked with southgate at the Euros. They look flat.

I'd say Southgate peaked then, not the team, we have some excellent players, led by a frequently out of his depth coach.

He’s playing the same way as when he signed for them. It’s a damn shame. I know these young players want it sooner than later but they need advisors to let them know when they aren’t progressing. Well, with the millions in the game, doubt such will happen.
