I get that Southgate is trying to maintain the team as much as he can from the Euros but some of these players are out of form, Mason Mount being one of them. I will give Maguire the benefit of the doubt as he plays better with 3 CBs and 2 wing backs. We had a lot of fortune with home advantage in some games during the Euros and weaker opposition. Will be a different contest in Qatar, need few alternative set ups to this Conservative approach.
