Sane, what could’ve been. Thought he’d be mercurial but never happened. Decent player but just never lived up to the potential.

That nasty injury he had changed him for worse. He managed to string up a few good games here an there, but that alacrity is gone forever it seems to me. On the other side Gundo came out of the same injury different, but a better player actually. Shame for Leroy!

Foden played for England loads like Gundogan did today. Kept it simple, ghosted into spaces unnoticed.
