Interestingly he has won the coice which goal to take and pointed to the italian side. He also won the choice who is to start and gave the ball to Italy. Maybe there were just too many thoughts going through his mind. The pressure of being captain in this historical match for Germany. But after his pretty good match I thought he does it. But maybe that was just my hope and I didn't watch him properly.
