City scouted Rulli when still playing for Estudiantes in Argentina. Seems like we had an agreement all this time if he developed Into the potential we thought he had. His Agents own his rights to where he plays.

If we are truly looking at him as a successor to Hart then maybe wait another year and then sign Rulli.
