Not a bit surprised to hear about this. I know from a personal experience that Steve Gerrard is a bit of a nob. I also know that a mate of his (don't know if he is one of the others arrested last night) is a total prick, full of bravado and 'do you know who I am?' attitude.

Goes without saying with some scousers don't it really :) these thug footballers need punishing straight away but being so high profile he will only get a warning till the next time.Don't know the full story but it sounds like 6 v 1 poor guy hard men a lol.

my unlce was out was Gerrard last night, said some bloke was kicking off at them but bouncers got rid sharpish. that was early doors. my uncle left at 2 so missed all the fireworks but he said Gerrard was in high spirits but not fucked off his face or anything. he's only known him a few months but says from what he's seen of him, he's not like 'that' (for 'that' read 'Joey Barton'). so there you go, some opinion based on fact for y'all. shocker.

As 'blue herring' said correctly, Gerrard lives there in Southport, but for the reason I quoted you, PB...

A good friend of mine has parents that live in Southport, so is there all the time, visiting. He told me that Stevie G was(allegedly) regularly beaten up by Liverpool gangsters(allegedly) until he paid one to (allegedly) sort it all out.

He says Gerrard has been a 'knob' ever since. Said the same about 'Lawro', when he lived in the area, though.
